I loved the spacious design of my Executive Suite with 1 Kingsize Bed-it. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with Chapultepec Castle just a short stroll away. Plus, the room service was delicious and fairly priced.

location is excellent - 20 minutes to the center on foot. Internet works steadily well in both the room and lobby. toilet is clean.

It blows heavily from the window, it's cold in the room. Breakfast is paid and very expensive.

Appreciated its very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff.

Tbh, had a really nice stay for a business trip. The location was good and unbeatable, adjacent to Close to bars, restaurants, night life, local attractions and public transport and night life. It also was right near the subway station.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the ability to leave my luggage at the hotel without hassle. The close proximity to public transport made it easy for me to explore the area and beyond. Many guests also enjoyed the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which helped plan activities efficiently.

The reception staff lacked enthusiasm, which impacted the cute atmosphere.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty with plenty of meals to choose from. The staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and amiable hole time of my stay. Location: the hotel was just next door to short walk to Roma area for food and bars/restaurants and historic city center.

Generally acceptable but some areas need urgent attention!!! Paper-thin walls create sleep disturbances, kitchen supplies missing upon arrival, and showers flood the bathroom with every use.
